STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH THROUGH COLLECTOR DISTRICT HOSHANGABAD

A report relating to Districts Sehore and Hoshanabad on the matter in issue in present Original Application, from two Joint Committees consisting of:-
Sehore -
(i) Collector, District Sehore(M.P.)
(ii) One representative from Central Pollution Control Board (M.P.)
(iii) Regional Officer, Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Sehore (M.P.)
Hoshangabad –
(i) Collector, District Hoshangabad (M.P.)
(ii) One representative from Central Pollution Control Board (M.P.)
(iii) Regional Officer, Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Hoshangabad (M.P.)
The Committees are directed to visit the place and submit the factual and action taken report within six weeks. The State PCB will be the nodal agency for coordination and logistic support.
