The issue raised in this appeal is reissue of Demand Draft for Rs.
5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs). There is no proof with regard to the loss of
the Demand Draft or payment of the Demand Draft. Once, the Demand
Draft is issued by the Bank. It is matter between the Bank and customer
and this Tribunal has no concern with that. None present to press the
application. Accordingly, the M.A No. 09/2019 is dismissed and
consigned to record.
