we direct the Commissioner Municipal
Corporation to see the matter personally and to ensure that the
statutory laws are strictly adhered and followed. Violation of statutory
rules should be strictly dealt with. In case the project is far more than
the area, mentioned above and EC required, we expect that the
municipal corporation and the local authorities will observe the
necessary requirement of statutory permission.

a. MP State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (MPSEIAA)
b. One representative from the Central Pollution Control Board
c. One representative from the Central Ground Water Authority
d. One representative from the Chief Conservator of Forest, Madhya
Pradesh
e. Madhya Pradesh Pollution Control Board.
The Committee is directed to submit the factual and Action Taken Report
within fortnight.
