SASAN ULTRA MEGA POWER PROJECT (RELIANCE POWER LIMITED)

It is pointed out that on the same issue the Central Zonal Bench,
Bhopal of National Green Tribunal has already passed order dated
29.06.2020 in O.A. No. 31/2020 (CZ), Hiralal Bais v. Reliance Sasan
Power P. Ltd. Ors. constituting following Committee to look into the
matter and give a report:-
1. Representative of MoEF&CC
2. Representative of CPCB
3. District Collector, Singrouli
4. MP State PCB through its Regional Officer, Singrouli.
In view of above, it will be appropriate that this matter is heard
with the pending matter which will stand transferred to the Principal
Bench and now listed on 02.12.2020. The applicant is at liberty to
represent his viewpoint to the said Committee through the State PCB.
